Schedule of Events

General Information

Location

Equi-Day will be held at the LSU School of Veterinary Medicine on Skip Bertman Drive near the Large Animal Hospital on March 12, 2016. Horse enthusiasts should arrive between 8:30 - 9:00 AM to begin checking in for the day's events. 

Registration

Any computer savvy horse enthusiasts can choose to register online by filling out the registration form (found on the registration page of this website) and emailing the completed form to lsusvm.equiday@gmail.com.

Once the completed form has been emailed, click the register button on the home page or at the bottom of the registration page of this website in order to forward payment through a secure PayPal link to the LSU Student Chapter of the American Association of Equine Practitioners (LSU SCAAEP). 

Be sure to do this before February 22, 2016 in order to receive your free event t-shirt! And don't forget to include your t-shirt size on the form!

In Person

Those who wish to register in person, can visit the receiving desk in the Large Animal Hospital at the School of Veterinary Medicine. Please fill out a registration form and turn it in with your payment to the receptionist. Make all checks payable to LSU SCAAEP.

Be sure to do this before February 19th in order to receive your free event t-shirt!

Please complete your registration form and mail it with your payment BEFORE February 22. We will only be able to provide free t-shirts for registrations received ON or BEFORE February 22 due to the time required to have the shirts made for the event. Make all checks payable to LSU SCAAEP.
